Document Description

Committed, To the Jail of Jefferson county, on the 20th of September last, a negro fellow who called himself GEORGE, says he belongs to ROBIN HARRIS of Natchez. He is of a bright yellow color, five feet 9 inches high, and has a remarkable white patch on the right side owing he says to a scald when young. The owner is required to comply with the law, pay charges and take him away. JAMES LOMBARD, Jailor. Jefferson County.
