Document Description

50 Dollars Reward. Ran-Away or stolen from the mouth of Menscoe’s creek on the [illeg.] inst.: Six Negroes—a mulatto woman about 32 or 33 years old, named BECK, a mulatto boy, almost white, about 10 years old, named MAJER, a mulatto child two years old, called RACHEL, and a young child [illeg.] months old [CHILD], all children of the above woman. Likewise, a mulatto girl, 11 years old named JUBA, and a black boy 4 or 5 years old called JAKE. –Twenty-five dollars reward will be given for apprehending the above Negroes, or information so that I can get them again—or fifty Dollars for the thief and negroes, and all reasonable expences paid—All persons are [illeg.] to pay particular attention to the descriptions of the above negroes.
