Document Description

$50 Reward. Ranaway from the subscriber on the 14th February last, a negro boy named GEORGE, about 22 years of age, dark complexion; a fine suit of hair, rather a down look, chews Tobacco, about 5 feet 9 or 10 inches high; I think he has a scar on his left breast. He had on when he ranaway blue cotton pantaloons, white cotton shirt, and new black broad brim wool hat; I expect he has other clothing with him. It is probable that he will endeavor to reach Kentucky, in which state he was purchased by a Mr. ANDERSON in 1830.—Masters of Steamboats will please be on their guard. The above reward will be paid upon any information being given, so that I can get him again, and all reasonable expenses will be paid in addition if delivered to me in this place. W. M. HELM Vicksburg Register will insert the above three times and forward their accounts. Natchez.
