Document Description

Runaway. Runaway from the subscriber, Eastern part of Adams County, Miss. On the 2d inst. a negro man named ABRAM, of the following description: about 25 or 26 years of age, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, has a large scar on the back part of his neck, and several large scars on his back and breast, and one or two small scars on his face, near the edge of the hair. Ten Dollars Reward will be paid for the apprehension of said negro, if taken in this State, and Thirty Dollars, if taken out of the State, or secured in any Jail, so that I get him. Any information relative to said runaway, will be thankfully received as Prospect Hill Post Office, Adams county, Miss. ISHAM GRIFFIN. Natchez.
