Document Description

Was committed to the jail of Adams county, as a runaway, by C. Griffin, Esq. on the tenth of November, 1832, a negro man calling himself BILL five feet six inches high and about twenty years of age, and says he belongs to HARBIN MILLER on Lake Washington. He had on and with him sundry articles of Kentucky clothing. The owner of the above described negro is requested to comply with the law and take him out of jail. W. W. CALMES, jailor.
