Document Description

$30 Reward. Runaway from the subscriber, six miles below Lake Providence, on the 10 inst., a Negro man by the name of CALEB, he is about 25 years of age, 6 feet high, slim and keen built, yellow complexion, quite a pleasing countenance, and has one or two of his fore teeth out—it is possible he may get on some steam boat, as he has already made several attempts to do so; he was seen last between Vicksburgh [sic] and Warrenton on the river.—Any person who shall deliver the said boy to me, or secure him in any jail so I get him again, shall be entitled to the above reward. JOB BASS. Lake Providence.
