Runaways in Jail Committed to the jail of Warren coun[illegible] the 6th day of May, 1833, by James C[illegible] a justice of the peace in and for said county, [illegible]gro man calls himself HENRY, and sa[illegible] the property of CHARLES COOPER, of Virgin[illegible][illegible] that he was brought from Virginia for sale, [illegible] his master near Port Gibson; he is about [illegible] years of age, of a light black; 5 feet 8 ½ inch[illegible] had on white cotton pantaloons and shi[illegible][ illegible] owner of said negro is requested to come [illegible] prove property, pay charges, and take him ou[illegible] or he will be dealt with as the law directs.
