Committed to the Jail of Adams County on the 25th instant, A Mulatto Man named HANNIBAL, [sic] Who says he belongs to EDWARD SAPPEY, who lives about fifteen miles above New Orleans, on the coast—he is about five feet ten inches high, a light complexion, aqunilie [sic] nose, his hair nearly straight; says he his [sic] a black smith.
