Document Description

Ran Away from my plantation, on Friday last, a Negro Wench, named RACHEL, but will likely change her names, she is about 22 years old, has scar on her forehead; was seen a few days since, with a white man, with whom I suspect she has gone off. Any person who will deliver the Negro, and bring the person who decoyed her to conviction, shall receive 100 dollars or 6 dollars for the Negro alone, and all charges paid. PETER SUGET.
