Document Description

Ten Dollars Reward. Ran Away from the plantation of Mr. LUTHER SMITH, on the Bayou Sarah, a negro man, about 5 feet 11 inches high, by the name of BOB—had on when he went away a sailor’s jacket of a grey colour; supposed to have made towards Cumberland. Any person taking up said negro, delivering him to the subscriber, or lodging him in an Gaol [sic] shall receive the above reward, and all reasonable charges if brought home. WM. D. BAKER. Natchez.
