Please READ THE INSTRUCTIONS in this document before attempting to create your title page.
Once the title page has been created, save it to your desktop and then email it to graduatereader@usm.edu
Use these title page templates on a Windows based PC running Microsoft Word 2013 or newer or a Mac on Microsoft Word 2016 or newer.
The Reviewer will check it, make any needed changes, and then send you an approved version that is usable on a Windows or a Mac computer.
NOTE - this is a new version of the title page implemented on 2/27/17 for those graduating after May 2017.
