Abstract

It is my intention, in the stories that make up this dissertation, to explore how the role of faith, nationality and citizenship control the development of the adult psyche. I have always been very compelled by the manner by which people define themselves, and how they arrived at those definitions. I envision the following collection developing into a collection of romance novels and existential thrillers.
