Description
Founded in 2006, the IR@UF got a new IR Manager in late 2013. The first big project she undertook was to review existing policies of the IR@UF and complete an environmental scan of peer institutions to determine best practices in terms of IR Policies. This presentation reviews the preliminary results, including the identified core policy areas when building or expanding an IR, how 25 institutions handled these policies, and how UF plans to update their existing policies based on these results.
