Description

It took a global pandemic, the ascendance of white grievance politics, and a 9 minute, 29 second viral video to finally push the question of social justice (closer to) front and center in scholarly communications. This talk will reflect on the trauma and transformation of the past year and how its lessons can and must be brought home to our individual communities -- libraries, publishers, scholars, funders, etc -- in practical ways.
