Abstract

Description of the Single Nucleotide Polymorphism loci used to build a high density linkage map of the red snapper genome based on segregation data in 5 outbred F1 full sib families. Loci description and genotypes are included in the variant called format 'vcffile_alldata.vcf' and genotypes and pedigrees are presented in the excel file 'genotype and pedigree.xls'.
