Abstract
The article discusses the data on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) which is an important growth strategy for organizations. It cites on the M&A activities made between year 2004 and 2013 but reported failure to achieve the expected benefit after the merger. The article also discusses the problems arises in company merging such as employment and income insecurity for employees.
