Abstract
Initiatives of six innovative engineering technology (ET) educators are discussed in an effort to identify directions that faculty endeavors may take in the 21st century. The educators recognized in this article were selected by members of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Engineering Technology assisted by two distinguished ET educators. Selection was difficult because there were many excellent nominees, and no attempt was made to conform the selections to any particular distribution with respect to discipline, gender, geography, or institution.
