Abstract
The article presents information on the software program Atlas Draw. It is a boundary digitizing program with drawing, manipulation, and analysis capabilities. It is designed to be used in conjunction with Atlas Graphics, creating compatible boundary files and allowing customizing existing files. The first major feature, boundary creation, can be achieved by freehand drawing of boundaries or by digitizing a paper map with latitude and longitude or user defined XY coordinates. The second major feature, customizing files, has many options allowing repair or change of boundaries. Boundary imperfections can be modified rather easily.
