In this panel discussion, we will discuss attitudes and experiences with Open Access in STEM disciplines. Traditionally, the sciences have been known as the discipline most willing to embrace Open Access -- is that the case at Southern Miss? If so, are there lessons learned that might be applicable for other disciplines? We will also discuss the use of Open Textbooks in STEM, along with other potential applications for research and for data management.
