As IR teams continue to support their institution’s constituents in the midst of the global pandemic, it’s clear that the IR system itself needs to do more. Resources to manage the IR, demonstrate its impact, and engage with departments on campus are constrained, as the call to support remote access and online learning rightly take priority. The IR can help by doing more things itself, continuing to free IR managers and their teams to creatively support constituents directly and in new ways. This presentation will share the latest Digital Commons roadmap towards the vision as an all-in-one, self-driving, and self-marketing IR. This includes an update on how we’re helping IR managers do their work faster (Ferrari) through the new Harvesting Tool. It will also highlight how Digital Commons is allowing users to craft “really really really ridiculously good-looking” and beautiful stories (Magnum) through the new Exhibit Solution. And in both cases, showing how it’s all integrated with the same reliable Digital Commons system users are familiar with (Blue Steel).
